Adjustable base fittings for 70mm-thick English gates will go through a hanging stile from 65mm to 150mm deep.
- This set consists of a 19mm-diameter steel rod, 250mm long, with a 20mm hanging eye at one end for a 19mm hook, two cleats, and two nuts. The eye can be hung on a hook with a plate, a hook to drive, a hook to bolt through, or a hook to screw, all with a 19mm diameter; it's your choice.
- Adjusting the nuts will enable the installer to raise or lower the opposite end of the gate. This is ideal when installing a gate, as it makes positioning easier and is particularly useful for a pair of gates. Additionally, if the gate drops over time, it can be raised.
- This adjustable base set is made of strong steel, hot-dip galvanised for high corrosion resistance and is ideal for use with heavy English gates of any length.
- During installation, a 19mm hole must be drilled through the base of the stile.
