Payment methods
By credit card: Pay securely online through our banking service provider. (PayPal or Stripe)
By cheque or bank transfer: Quotes submitted online can be paid by bank card or bank transfer; cheque payment is also accepted.
DELIVERY: ROBERT RIVETT EI Sole Proprietorship is deemed to have fulfilled its delivery obligation as soon as the products are delivered to the agreed place of delivery. The delivery time is always indicated. It is, in principle, 21 to 30 working days from the day of the order, unless the product is unavailable or circumstances beyond our control make delivery impossible within 30 days. The maximum delivery time is usually within 30 days of the order date.
The customer agrees to be prepared to receive the products on the specified day at the agreed time and location. The customer authorises ROBERT RIVETT Entreprise Individuelle to make partial deliveries without penalty.
Any refusal by the Customer to accept all or part of the order must be suitably justified. Otherwise, ROBERT RIVETT EI shall be entitled to deduct the order amount or, where applicable, any outstanding balance still to be paid within forty-eight (48) hours of such refusal.
Delivery on time can only occur if the customer is up to date with their obligations to ROBERT RIVETT EI, whatever the cause.
