• This adjustable hinge set enables the installer to raise or lower the gate or gates during installation, which is especially helpful when hanging a pair of gates. Adjustments can also be made in the future if gate sag occurs.
• We recommend using a 19mm security collar or anti-theft bracket to prevent unwanted gate removal.
• Installing the hooks on the face or rear of the post allows the gate or gates to hang on the back or front, enabling the installer to choose whether they open towards or away from the operator. If there are no obstructions and the ground level permits, the gate can swing open a full 180°. This applies to single or double gates.
• For gates to open towards the operator and away, "open both ways", hooks are installed on the inside face of the post, so the gate or gates hang between the posts. The gate or gates will open approximately 110°, but this will depend on the post's depth. This applies to single or double gates.
