For a straightforward and cost-effective access solution:
Slip rail brackets are straightforward to install and facilitate the easy removal of a single fence rail by sliding it through the bracket. They provide convenient access to paddocks, stables, and grazing areas. The fence rail rests in the two "hot-dip" galvanised U-shaped brackets. One of the brackets features a simple gravity latch that drops into a notch cut into the fence rail, preventing accidental removal.
We suggest fence rails are no more than 50mm thick and no wider than 100mm.
