Diamond-braced gate made with pressure-treated "use class IV" northern red pine. It is suitable for contact with water and soil and is highly resistant to insect damage and fungal decay.
The gate differs from a traditional five-bar gate because its four bottom rails are spaced closer to keep small animals from passing through.
Hinges are attached; please choose whether you require left or right-hanging.
When ordering double gates, choose the length for the left and right hanging gates; these do not have to be of equal length.
When gates are ordered with black hardware, black bolts will be used in fabrication.
Gates are made to order, so please allow up to 21 days for delivery or collection.
Gates have a choice of two types of adjustable hinge sets; the hinge sets can hang the gates on the face, or between posts or pillars.
Easy-to-install hook-on plates, galvanised or black polymer. The plates can be fixed to timber posts with the fixings supplied. Special fixings will be needed to fix plates to concrete blocks, brick, or stone.
The top hook is to bolt through, and the lower hook drives in, galvanised or black polymer. It is designed for fixing onto timber posts.
