Product Details
Oblong 165mm x 65mm, 5mm thick plate with a 19mm adjustable pin. Six 6mm screw holes for secure fixing when hanging heavy gates.
It can be fixed to the face of a post or pillar, or placed between two posts or pillars. It can be used with cranked and adjustable hinges, as well as other types of hinges that are suited to a 19mm pin.
"Hot-dip" galvanised for high corrosion resistance.
Allows for horizontal adjustment of the gate position when attached to the face of a post or pillar, and helps account for posts that are out of plumb. If attached between posts or pillars, they can be adjusted at a later date to raise your gates if they have dropped.
Generally fitted to timber posts (with screws), but can also be fitted directly to brickwork (with the use of masonry fixings)
