This leaf-sprung bolt is designed for vertical installation at the top of doors or gates where additional handle length is necessary. The leaf spring securely holds the bolt, making it ideal for garages, barns, workshops, and similar environments.
A sturdy 16mm square bolt and a 250mm x 50mm back plate. This assembly is constructed with durability in mind and features a black epoxy polymer/zinc finish.
The term 'monkey tail bolt' originates from its design, which resembles a long, monkey-like tail.
The unit can be easily installed using the provided fixings. Provided with a square receiver for the front of the frame and a square flat plate to place underneath.
