This leaf-sprung bolt is designed for vertical installation at the top of doors or gates where additional handle length is necessary. The leaf spring securely holds the bolt, making it ideal for garages, barns, workshops, and similar environments.
A sturdy 16mm square bolt with a 100mm wide bow handle and a 250mm x 50mm back plate. This assembly is constructed with durability in mind and features a "hot dip" galvanised finish.
The large, ergonomically designed "D" shape handle provides a comfortable grip, particularly beneficial for users who struggle with hand strength or dexterity.
The unit can be easily installed with screws and a surface-mounted keep for the face of the frame or a square plate for beneath the frame are supplied.
